Most people go through life on autopilot, reacting to situations instead of taking proactive control. They convince themselves that who they are is defined by their circumstances or past experiences. But here’s the truth: You are not bound by your past; you are bound by the limits you place on your mind. The beliefs, habits, and fears you hold onto are what truly keep you confined, not the experiences themselves. When you recognize that these limitations are self-imposed, you begin to see that change is not only possible but also within reach. The walls around you are made of choices you’re making every day, and with each new thought and action, you have the power to tear them down.
