Refund/Cancellation Policy.

Payments:

Payments must be paid in full before the session begins.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be considered if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. (Packages & Digital Products are non-refundable)

  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • If you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the session will remain as booked and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Sessions must be used within one month (31 days) from the purchase date. Any unused sessions after one month will expire and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Packages

Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds for packages are not offered. Each package includes tailored plans and support specific to your journey, so cancellations after purchase are not eligible for refunds.

Rescheduling for Packages: Sessions within a package can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice and must be completed within one month (31 days) of the initial booking.

Force Majeure

If services are disrupted due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session without penalty.

Right to Modify or Terminate Services

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the client-company relationship at any time if necessary. Reasons for this may include, but are not limited to:

  • Dangerous or criminal behavior by the client.

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful behavior by the client.

  • Irresponsible or repeated failure to honor commitments, such as session attendance or payment obligations.
